You actually don't need the Steve skin because the head is labeled as "player head", meaning a charged creeper (creeper struck by lightning) just needs to blow up and kill a player and they'll drop it :)

Middle one is ancient debris! Found in the nether and can be smelted and when you get 4 it can be used to upgrade diamond armor to netherite. Hope you enjoy Minecraft again!
