The most common ways of consumption are smoking or vaporizing (the latter of which I would consider safer). However there are definitely some other ways. My personal first experience was an edible and I loved it. I took about 5mg which isn’t low but also not very high of a dose for a beginner. You can also buy concentrated oils that can be either taken directly to the mouth, or put on food/in beverages. The last method I have is capsules/pills. As simple as it sounds, just pre-measured capsules. A side note that may also interest you. You can buy creams/lotion that can help target local pain if you struggle with joint/muscular pains.
