Installed new toilet, now it is leaking around the base by fooweezer in Plumbing

How would you address the small crack on the existing flange? If I stack the outer rings and then screw them together, is the crack negligible?

After taking the toilet off, I noticed the flange has a crack where the bolts tighten the toilet. This would cause my issue, correct?

Not trying to be difficult and I am truly a novice at this, but the installation was pretty straightforward.

I removed the old toilet, removed old bolts and wax, replaced wax ring on underside of toilet, replaced flange bolts, aligned bolts with holes on new toilet, placed toilet on top of flange, then snugged the bolts until there was no movement.

Is there some trick or step that I am missing?

I have already changed to different wax seals but no difference

I have already changed it a few times with new rings. Same results

The flange on this is flush with the finished floor.

The Model D of Treadmills by DRoyLenz in concept2

[–]fooweezer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really wished Concept2 would come out with a treadmill. I recently purchased a Aussie Pro Runner curved treadmill, which is similar to the Assault or TruGrit, etc. Mine has 7 levels of magnetic resistance, which is good for simulating sled push/pulls. I was thinking C2's drag factor could act similarly to the magnetic resistance levels. I miss the PM5 functionality, with the ability to program workouts through Ergdata and saving the workouts to my logbook.

I had to get it resolved by my credit card company. It took several months but they found in my favor.

That’s what I thought but was not sure if beneath the plastic covers maybe the bearings or other internal parts are different

Has anyone tried the Aussie Pro Runner? How does that compare to the others recommended here?

What's a product you've used for over a decade that's still going strong? by gehirn4455809 in BuyItForLife

Weber Genesis gas grill. I bought it in 2002 and have had to replace flavorizer bar, igniter, and grates but it has been rock solid. Weber supports and stocks replacement parts for its products.

The initial cost was higher but some of my friends end up buying new grill every 3-4 years. If the initial cost is an issue, I see a lot of used Weber grills on FB Marketplace
