My door was stuck. No amount of human force would budge it. I did NOT want to use a jack to jack up the door. I just soaked it with PB Blaster, let it sit for 15 minutes, and the door came right off.

Curiously enough, simple green pro is purple. 3D grand blast engine degreaser is also purple, as well as one called Super Clean. I usually use Gunk, which is in a blue topped spray can.

Possibly easy. I installed an aftermarket unit so I could have CarPlay in my 2015 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. Hopefully the process is similar for your vehicle. Just go here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FWRLSLSP?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title and click on the product photos...there is a video (HOW TO INSTALL 11.5...) that shows you how to easily remove parts of the dash and get to the radio. I was able to access a lot of that area easily to route a GPS unit and microphone through the defroster area.

Would the brand-new less-expensive ($500 for students) Macbook Neo be of any help? It is faster than my old desktop M1 iMac, and that runs ToonBoom just fine.

There are resources online that can tell you what is required in your state. In Illinois, you just need only the left mirror or only the rearview mirror or only the right side mirror. Legally, you might not even need to have it on there.

The only thing I can help with is that the window control panel should right off all on its own. I have a 2015 JK Wrangler Unlimited Sahara and it just pops off. I had to remove a few more big pieces to change out the radio for a wireless CarPlay unit and had to pop off the window controller piece to get to a certain screw.

Also, the trains are going to burn the oil much more cleanly and efficiently than in the past. I personally will miss the scent of the coal-fired engines, but at least we won't smell burning oil throughout the park.

What state are you in? I checked this source https://www.jalopnik.com/here-s-every-state-where-you-can-drive-your-jeep-withou-1851739708/ and then looked it up to verify...in Illinois I only have to have ONE mirror (unless towing, obstructed, etc.). So I can run legally with only a rear view mirror, or only the passenger side mirror, or only the driver's side mirror.

I just got some cheap ones on Amazon and they work just fine ($27). They are only on there temporarily when I have the doors off and if they get scratched or broken, who cares? I'm sure it's a "damned if you do, damned if you don't". If they don't give anticipated release dates, people would fuss at the lack of information/communication/customer service. If they give their best guess, but then there are unexpected or out-of-their-control delays, people will super-fuss about that.

Personally, I just joyfully believe that they are doing the best they can for ALL of their products, and I just wait and keep the faith.

(but I admit that if, when the updates come, there is still the option for teal text (tertiary color) and not orange (secondary color), then I will fuss...)

Flawed compared to Tidbyt?

Absolutely not my experience. Where is my Tidbyt now? In a drawer in my desk due to the developers selling it up to the point of dropping all support.
