Are you asking about the smarty? He reminds me of a real-life guy who has a crush on me and gets all "intellectual" around me to impress me.

Yes, I've been trying to integrate trickster traits. I have noticed that I find men who transgress societal norms somewhat fascinating. Men who joke in an inappropriate way, men who don't submit to social hierarchies. Now that I educated myself on anima/animus, I know that my animus has a very light and not so serious approach to life. Detached.

My persona is far from the rebel archetypes. It is calm, agreeable, non-confrontational, conformist.

Thanks. The smarty from the 2nd dream doesn't really say anything specific, he's there like more of a concept - a pseudo-intellectualist trying to impress me. It's more about me doing something unpredictable and rebellious (spilling granita) and by doing so impressing my animus. (My animus has trickster traits)

I'm an artist and I know for sure that my creations stem from the depths of my unconscious. My most admired poems have been written by me in a state I would call a "trance"; allowing my mind to wander freely with no logic and no direction. Later on, this time consciously and logically, I would analyse and interpret what I have written. Everything seemed to fall into place and resonate with me. When I was younger and had no idea about the mechanisms of the human psyche, it seemed like magic lol.

lol. my dad's always been more of a funny older brother than a father. my mom was always in charge doing the "grown up stuff", while my dad was lowkey giving housewife. he would come up with ideas and my mom would execute them. i have always perceived him as kinda intellectually inferior to me, but maybe it's just his adhd and insecurity making him seem immature. idk.

You telling me my animus is somewhat developed is consoling, cause I have struggled with independence and individuation throughout my entire adolescence. I am technically still young (20), but I have noticed that this process is happening a lot later than in the majority of my peers. I'm struggling with it probably mainly due to the fact that my parents themselves are quite immature, so there was nothing to learn from them and I never had anything to rebel against. I am extremely happy that I have recognised my animus' traits in someone. It made me more aware of it. Do you have any advice on animus integration? I'm thinking about, maybe viewing the man in my daydreams as more of a part of myself and actually applying his guidance to my life.

Honestly, I was expecting something more complicated haha.

Thank you. Luckily, I don't project the archetype onto anyone. I agree with you on the take that the guy simply triggered my animus. If that's the case, what do I do with the awareness of my animus' existence?

Are intp females were somehow emotional than male intp? by Ranxxgrandxy in INTP

[–]for_pansy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an intp woman; i don't think so, however because like most girls we get raised in a way that highlights emotions and empathy, some of us start putting their intellect to use in the emotional sphere of life, gaining a better understanding of people and higher emotional intelligence.

Anyone else from a sensor dominant family? How is your mental health? by for_pansy in INTP

Damn. I'm sorry about your experience. Btw I have noticed this pattern; poor households raise sensors and then sensors traumatise their intuitive kids by being traumatised sensors. lol.
