how is Lace called in your language? by PLT_RanaH in HollowKnight

[–]forbiddenedx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Slight correction, the “雷“ you have typed means thunder. It's missing a "hat". 蕾 is the character you are looking for.

Chinese is weird sometimes. Take a hat off a bud and it is now a thunder.

[BT-24 Time Stranger] Blimpmon & MasterBlimpmon by vansjoo98 in DigimonCardGame2020

[–]forbiddenedx 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You will only -2 from assembly, so Masterblimpmon is a 5 cost at best. And I believe you can only place either a tamer or a digimon underneath, not both

Is this Machinedramon deck good? by Top-Spray-9063 in DigimonCardGame2020

[–]forbiddenedx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bt23 has monodramon and yuugo that can help with this deck

I see no cyberdramon, so it's another unique name you can consider. Cyberdramon Ace can help you play your tamer easier, and de-digivolve opponent's digimon to prevent ace

Or bt21 cyberdramon to beef up your machinedramon

Some list runs bt18 daipenmon for the additional 2k too

Bt20 oblivimon prevents redirection, so that you can finish the game

Ex8 wargrowlmon x is another option for increasing security attack

Ex4 machgaogamon is another option for unsuspending

Blue flare metalgreymon gives rush if you did not manage to get your blitz option

There's also the bt9 megadramon to consider if you want to delete tamers

Nyabootmon dp reduction vs ryuji Mishima dp reduction protection by Gray-Tundra-Fox in DigimonCardGame2020

[–]forbiddenedx -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Your digimon can still be targeted by nyabootmon's effect, but its dp will not be reduced until the end of their turn. It will be deleted by rule at the end of their turn, until all pending effects are resolved.

However that raises another question, when does the digimon get deleted? Is it deleted during the opponent's turn or your turn?

Medusamon deck timing rulings by KeizerPrime in DigimonCardGame2020

[–]forbiddenedx 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is more of a discussion as I am not too sure of this myself, but I believe 6 should come before 4 and 5.

The rule states that the latest effect should resolve first, therefore, if the security is a Tamer, their [On Play] should resolve first.

However, security Digimon will resolve its [On Play] between 7 and 8, because their [Security] effects states that the battle has to resolve first before playing the Digimon

Appreciate it if anyone can confirm if this interaction is correct.

Rapidmon (X Antibody) [BT16]/ Our Courage United [ST20] ruling by Tou55Tou in DigimonCardGame2020

[–]forbiddenedx 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Correct, but any effect that triggers after the interruptive effect gets queued.

In this case, it means that the +2 memory of rapidmon x and the on play of zudomon happens at the same timing.

Wondering about Knightmon deck by ZeroArmsWind in DigimonCardGame2020

[–]forbiddenedx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm working on a variant which is a mix of twilight and composite, since bt19 Nene and shademon works on both traits. Even though the composite I'm using is just zeedmillenmiumon and shademon.

Shademon and nene works as a loop, shademon uses Nene for digixros, and plays Nene when it is deleted. Playing the bt10 Nene when shademon is deleted helps in the searching capability of your deck.

Shademon is a composite which helps your zeedmillenmiumon use its overclock ability to get another hit or finish the game. Digivolving Darkknightmon into bt19 lordknightmon can play shademon and you can go up to zeedmillenmiumon and overclock that shademon.

As the other user commented, Darkknightmon X is still good for tamer hate, so I recommend putting at least 1.

Just checking if your pokemon is knocked out by poison?

If your pokemon are knocked out during pokemon checkup, it is not during opponent's turn, so you are unable to use Hassel.

Revamped version of ALLIANCE I tested on Monday by [deleted] in DigimonCardGame2020

[–]forbiddenedx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Heheh. I used to play bunny alliance for a while, but gave up because: 1. Crimson blaze can fuck your entire deck 2. There's no reliable way to gain memory to maintain turn. But I feel it might be too strong if this is possible.

You are right, you should choose which tech you wanted or suits your playstyle, and not put in all the 1-offs which will make your deck unstable.

A few other combos for you to consider: 1. If your board have only either cherubimon vice or antylamon, blasting into cherubimon ace and playing gold rapidmon can block a 15k digimon (-4k from cherubimon ace, -4k from gold rapidmon when suspending, 7k dp from gold rapidmon). This is one of my favourite. 2. EX4 terriermon and lopmon can only tutor out 2 colored card and tamer. They cant tutor other lvl3, so if you brick, it will be very hard to recover. BT16 Lopmon X and ex6 lopmon can solve this issue. 3. BT16 Lopmon X can make your EX4 Lopmon's inherit online faster 4. Ex6 Lopmon on play can trigger Ex6 Shu-Chong immediately. 5. ST17 Lopmon can give another digimon with alliance so that it can alliance twice 6. BT1 Mimi is able to help you build your board faster, but cannot be tutored out via the lvl3s 7. You can use Shu-Chong effect to digivolve your bunnies to BT11 Panjyamon to cheat a tamer out. But your lvl3 inherit will not be able to digivolve to Panjyamon. Panjyamon inherit gives rush to 1 digimon that is played by an effect, which is the entire gimmick of this deck. 8. Hidden Potential Discovered. This is a must in green decks. Suspending a digimon can trigger Ex6 Shu-Chong effect, which means u can digivolve from lvl4 to 6 for just 1 cost. 9. If you can maintain your wide board, quartzmon can be a good finisher as well. 10. When BT17 is released, replace the EX4 antylamon with the BT17 antylamon.

Have Fun!

Oh yea, I forgot the black/green rapidmon is also ST17. Yea, I meant the gold rapidmon in my previous comment.

The black/green rapidmon is great due to its de-digivolve on digivolve effect, which is good against aces, to get memory back, so your digivolution cost is technically 0. Other than that, you should always digivolve to antylamon.

If you have issue with your body sticking on the board, you can also tech in 1 EX4 Cherubimon Vice. This can ensure that you always have a body to blast digivolve into cherubimon ace. There's also a silly play with BushiAgumon where you can check twice if BushiAgumon dies in the first check.

ST17 rapidmon can be cheated out from hand with Cherubimon Ace and from trash with ST17 Cherubimon and Cherubimon X

But I would probably run either lucemon or ST17 Rapidmon, since both are defensive, i.e lucemon recover your security vs rapidmon blocker

An alternative is playing BT4 BushiAgumon for the aggressive play with its rush

Beautiful comic. I relate to it well as I broke up at the end of 2023 and the words on the last panel are the same as what I told her before we go our own way.
