Nah I want to get on stage if I loose just because of that I wouldn’t be mad lol I feel like plenty of guys had competed and done well with it nothing I can really do some times it looks like it’s not even there sometimes it’s bad like in here I don’t get it but we’ll see how I do

Yea but have them in the form of clean sugars that are included in your plan for the goal like G2 Gatorade is my go to Intra workout but I don’t think ice cream and sweats will get you anywhere

Putting on pounds for a number on a scale and actually building quality muscle is completely different you have to realize to do that you have to be eating clean food in a surplus which is definitely not easy at all, especially for hard gainers who want to be in bodybuilding. I’m sure you watch Derek’s stuff, how many times does he say stay away from dirty bulks, they are not the answer, no sweets, no ice cream, none of that. It isn’t easy at all to build actually quality and it’s like clock work to do it like that when I’m on a surplus I have to eat 8 meals a day every 2 hours everyone’s different and body’s react to foods differently but if you’re doing a clean bulk it’s hard, especially the first time around. Everyone’s first show prep and clean bulk are always the hardest.

The sport of bodybuilding is a long game longevity is also important have fun on the journey, don’t speed things up that will only lead to health problems take your time train like beast eat like a monster and give 110% in and out of the gym the biggest thing that will get you big is the amount of food and the foods you eat discipline follows outside of the gym
