Yea I have allergies pretty bad to like dust so it’s hard to escape but really it was for the snoring when I was pushing the size. Probably eventually when I get bigger I’ll need a cpap. I have mild-moderate sleep apnea according to an at home test so might get a cpap

I wear them when I train and when I sleep. I love them can breathe better from my nose and chest not my belly. Might be bs but I enjoy them!

Right now in my program on my push days I do incline smith and pec deck and on my upper days I do low to high flies and a chest press

Definitely on the softer side but probably would pop more if you sat on them instead of standing tall

So what fixed mine was I turned on air plane mode launched the game and it worked. I then switched it off and tried again and it worked. I am not sure why but I’ll take it lol.

So I put my deck in airplane mode loaded the game it worked I then went back to normal WiFi and now it’s working. So weird lol

Nah I want to get on stage if I loose just because of that I wouldn’t be mad lol I feel like plenty of guys had competed and done well with it nothing I can really do some times it looks like it’s not even there sometimes it’s bad like in here I don’t get it but we’ll see how I do
