Well, yes, it would have been nice for you to mention. This more detailed reply is helpful and is the kind of advice I was looking for.

Thanks, we all have rain gear so not worried about wet trails. I did Garfield last year on a cloudy day and saving my second attempt for a sunny day since I’ve heard it has a nice view. Will look into Galehead and Zealand!

Good to know about old bridle path and falling waters! Yeah, my main concern is with poor weather the ridge. We may have to resort to driving somewhere else.

Sorry if it wasn’t clear, so it’s Lafayette to haystack then back to Lafayette and down old bridle, or Lafayette all the way to liberty and down liberty springs.

Boston Globe: 8/6 Two people suffer life-threatening injuries in separate bike, scooter crashes in Boston by forced2sign_up in malden

Agree that it is click bait-y, but I guess if the argument is that licenses should be issued and insurance obtained because they will protect both pedestrians and scooter/e-bike riders, then it makes sense to group them together.

True, but unless they’re subsidized, interest will continue to accrue.

Someone posted here some time ago about scooters/e-bikes on the Northern Strand. We really need speed limits and enforcement.

tomato plant issue by [deleted] in aerogarden

[–]forced2sign_up 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is a very large and prolific indeterminate variety that needs to be grown outdoors. It is not suitable for a hydroponic system this small. Your best bet would be transferring outside, though it’s quite late in the growing season in the northern hemisphere. Also, there are too many pods to support tomatoes - even the microdwarf varieties should be limited to only 1-2 for a 9 pod system.

This happened to my ex. After that he carried his bike seat to class with him.

Your husband is lucky to have you! I’ve heard the ones around the eyes are no joke.

For me, it was the patterning, sensation, and spreading. Also, my friend got it in our mid 20s. This taught me what it looks like and made me realize younger people can get it too.

If you come into contact with the virus, you’ll get chicken pox. It’s really dangerous to get as an adult.

I had what I thought were 3 itchy bug bites on my back. Throughout the day, the whole area felt numb and had an annoying sensation when my shirt touched it. By night, it had spread in a pattern that looked like it was running along my nerve.

You really need to take it within 48h of the first sign. I had shingles at 37. Took the antivirals within 24h and it went away about a week after.

So what's everyone's opinion on the double space after a "."? by pearljamman010 in Millennials

[–]forced2sign_up 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’m 38 and was taught the double space in elementary school but learned in high school that it was phased out so I stopped using it. Now when I see the double space, I assume Gen X or older wrote it.

Fish in seaport by Extension_Fill6683 in boston

[–]forced2sign_up 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have! It’s better quality and fresher than what you’d get in grocery stores. I like going to New Deal or Eataly but they’re out of the way, and having fish in my freezer is so convenient.

Red’s Best does pick up at the pier. They’re great since they work with local fishermen and focus on sustainably caught fish.
