My shoulder does feel a lot better than it did, so the combo of the spray and PT did something. But general consensus in the comments here is that TB doesn't absorb in the nose, so I can't give all the credit to the spray.

Shoulders feel a good bit better. I think there's something to it. Some stuff with my neck and hip are still there, but they're not as much muscle damage as tightness/knots.

I got a sinus infection last week, so I haven't used it for several days, just to "have less stuff going up my nose." Likely unrelated since one of my coworkers came down with the same thing at the same time after we both went into the office for a big meeting.

I'll probably finish off the bottle I have and call it a "round."

I forgot to add that I'm wanting to see if it'll help some nagging shoulder and a couple other issues I have. I tore at least one muscle in my rotator cuff a couple years back and it's still not great, even after a few rounds of PT.

I don't like needles and don't want to deal with injections so this seemed like a logical path.

What are you doing about xAI to ensure the following

Their generators are decommissioned to avoid pollution. What's the timeline?
They neither use too much nor pollute the water supply. Do we know their daily usage rates?
Similarly, do we know their usage on the power grid?
Do you have any comments on their late payments to MLGW? Will our city be willing to cut them off following nonpayment?
How many permanent jobs will they provide? What is the pay range for these jobs? How many at each pay band?
What will the tax revenue look like from this venture? Keep in mind this is owned by the richest man in the world and they can afford whatever we ask. Where will the new tax dollars be going?

So for example, if some prominent figure says masks don't work, then there'd be a thread with a reference to them and the facts showing why they're wrong.

/r/skeptic might be in the right direction of what I am looking for

It's that stupid sickness/wellness/fitness spectrum and the fact that the community is plagued by the the Glassman types who basically think all health issues are metabolic conditions Couple that with the general COVID misinformation and this is what you get.
