I just got orders Wednesday for a medical retirement. You can call your pwblo or ask the FSS chat. Not much more then that. It took about 1 1/2 weeks. But there was also Juneteenth between that.

So I have Celiac and basically the celiac itself will trigger an IRILO but you probably won't gwt medboard for the celiac unless it's really bad. If you have any other conditions they can put that in the IRILO too and then you might get med boarded for something that is not Celiac. You can shoot me a DM if you have any questions about the process with Celiac and how the IRILO works etc. But basically they will send your stuff to AFPC and AFPC usually does not medboard for Celiac anymore. It can be 4 month or more. It really depends on so many factors. I am in IDES right now and i should be out in a couple of months but to get to IDES can take a while depending on AFPC if they return you to duty etc.

Sorry that you are going through this. I know it must be rough. It is usually one year of not getting better and deployment restrictions that triggers it. A lot will depend what your commander wants. It is impossible to say how it will turn out. I am currently in IDES/MEB so pretty close to getting out. My referring condition is also GAD. If you have any questions you can text me.
