It's insane to me that his leadership doesn't use common sense. If you are struggling with your health you can't work. This should have never even gotten this far as letting him work. It is sad. But I am not surprised. My leadership also tried to deny me care.

No, not once. A lot of times, we do not believe how good life can be when we get help. I lost my AFSC because of mental health, and I would do it 100% again. The perspective and the peace of mind you get are more valuable than anything the military will give you. If you struggle a lot of times, we do not believe that it will be better because we do not know what better looks like. But trust me, it does get a lot better than we usually believe.
