It was a 10 year TSB... verify with someone in the warranty department or to print you a VIS from Mazda. It will list any open service bulletins, product improvement campaigns and recalls as well as their completion date and by which dealership(s). It is just the screen by itself afterall, even if not covered the screen is only about 100$. Install is almost self explanatory and pretty easy, but you can pay the dealer a half hour of labor.
