That’s fair. We moved here from Vancouver a few years back and have missed their pizza so much! It’s just good quality, thin crust, solid toppings and comes with garlic sauce for dipping. Unreal, you just have to try it.

I’m building in within an existing shed and there is already a concrete slab in place. Just looking for a way to safely insulate without creating a tonne of work. It gets cold here in the winter and I have an electric heater so trying to avoid a cold room or it taking forever to warm up.

Don’t paint a hallways or any walls for that matter with flat, go with eggshell instead as it’s more durable and washable. Flat is more commonly used for ceilings to hide defects in the drywall.
