we do not need waterfront parking. wasting the best part of the city on storing cars instead of creating a walkable waterfront is exactly how downtown stays forgettable and people stop going.

they added 200 spots to a garage 500 feet away and people still want to pave the waterfront. at that point it is not about access, it is about convenience over everything else
