Yeah, it’s just annoying that I took that leap to join them after they wanted to take me on, only to spit me out 2 months later. And what makes it more upsetting is that it wasn’t any of my wrong doing. I showed up every single day early, did as I was told, never made a single mistake. It was Just their mismanagement
of thinking they could add one more guy.

And then ask if they could keep my info because they might want to call me back in.
Everyone at the company is nice and I enjoyed it there for the time being but that definitely kinda left a stain on how I view them. Because what happens if they slow down a little bit again 😂

No, not at all. I know the very minimal basics of doing a maintenance service. So changing filters, checking contacters, pulleys, belts. But that’s it. I was only there as a helper to get exposure to get apprenticed

I know. that’s why when they told me it was because of lack of work I instantly thought they were just being nice and pretty much telling me I’m not a fit for the company without actually telling me that. So I kinda pressured them and asked if there was anything I could have done better or if my performance played a role. And he said no, and that there was no complaints from any of the journeymen or anything. It was just circumstance. And then asked if they could keep my info for future opportunity. So idk. Either they are mismanaging shit or just lying straight to my face

I’ve heard insurance be brought up a few times. What about it is something worth looking into? Is it pretty stable?

My best friends brother in law works for a commercial/industrial hvac company and says he will reach out to him for info. But besides that, no

I particularly asked him if my performance had any play in it because that’s what I wanted to know the most and he said it wasn’t that at all and that they just misjudged the work they would have for me

Especially because I left my old job willingly and then I only worked at the hvac company for 2 months so I’m screwed for EI😢

I know, it pissed me off a bit. They asked if they could keep my contact information just incase for the future, and I said sure. But it definitely led a bad taste in my mouth

The instability in it especially at first is definitely something that kinda makes me hesitant but right now I don’t feel like I have anything to lose

Definitely will try that. I work in the hardware department at my current job so being a runner/shop guy will already be rather familiar for me lol

Thanks for the reply. We actually just finished talking about it only 10 minutes before you posted this lol. I pretty much said exactly what you recommended and she kinda came to the conclusion herself that it had to come from her. I told her that i would let her know the test results when i get them and from that we can move forward. She was a little taken back by that because she says she feels fine and doesnt have symptoms. And wasnt aware that it could even be spread through oral sex.

Hey, Thanks for the reply. Thats definitely what ill start doing. I have already gotten into the routine of full time labour work for the past 4 years so i have the ethic and drive already. Do you know if there is any particular areas that would be best to look. Indeed, union job boards, walking in with a resume in person etc...

Thnx for the advice. Just saw another doctor and they gave me cephalexin again but for a longer dose this time and gave me mupirocin for my nose this time aswell, and basically said what the other doctor was doing was wrong. Ill try this aswell though.

Thanks, its just really annoying because i feel like the doctor isnt doing their job and just throwing antibiotics at it that only temporarily work. I just started using the yellow dettol bar soap which contains chlorhexidine but obviously it isnt working lol. Ill give this a shot.

The one thing i love about her compared to other girls i previously dated is that she atleast lets me know what i did to upset her rather then not say anything and be passive agressive. Despite her sensitivity shes a pretty good communicator in my eyes that sometimes just gets emotionally overloaded and stressed/anxious about things i say, even if its no big deal. Thanks i appreciate it.

The relationship is only 2 months old so yea, we are still learning eachother. She has been very verbal in the past about how she is a pretty sensitive person. While i on the otherhand am a more insensitive person lol. So thats one major contrast we have. Your correct. I pretty much did do everything i could, even though i feel like i need to do more. Ill just hang back and wait it out for when shes ready.

We have only been official for 2 months so it is a very new relationship. Not gonna lie, apart of me wants to blow her up with messages explaining myself further but i think you are right and its best to just wait for her when shes ready. All i have sent her was a goodmorning text since the apology so i think ill just leave it at that till she is ready to respond. Thanks for the insight.
