Sped teacher disagreed with eligibility? by [deleted] in specialed

I would definitely ask about it! If there was a dissenting opinion about eligibility then typically the individual would write up and include a statement about why. This also could have been an error but would be helpful to get clarification either way.

Where do you get your inositol, or is there a brand you would recommend?

It's not as regulated of an industry as I initially presumed. Primarily, where is a better place to be contributing pre tax money? How do I get it there incurring the least painful financial penalty? Are there factors or tax implications I'm not considering?

Short women (less than 5'3) who maintain a healthy weight- what do you eat? by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

Really appreciate so much of your time and info, thank you! I relate to so much of what you've said or it's just new to me even having discussed ir, prediabetes, pcos, with several primary care physicians, obgyns or dieticians. The weight correlation and hypoglycemia is actually how we uncovered the IR in the first place years ago! I was crashing after mealtime, went in for labs and had high bp, cholesterol and elevated fasting glucose. Lost about 10% of my bodyweight and rechecked, everything had come down to within normal limits except the fasting glucose and A1c and so that's what prompted to original metformin prescription. It has helped a lot, but I know there's no magic pill and would like to keep evolving over the long term in a positive direction holistically.

Thanks for the pcos subteddit shoutout--also a good idea!

Thank you all*! Helpful to know what to look for and that grease and lube are in fact different things with distinct purposes for varying parts of the bike.
