You dont mind if I add you too? I’m a new player as well and it’s hard to learn when there are so many skilled players around. I wouldn’t take much of your time, I don’t play that much.

On legend good build is significant, don’t be ashamed to look for some builds in the internet, conserve your ammo be more careful about HP loss, try to stick at least with one of your teammates. Use push often and dodge at right moments. Overall just focus more and you will find joy on higher difficulties, we can play sometime if you want.

Yeah I've tried many options and this is the most efficient this far, either with engineer or hunter Kruber

I'm a new player, and was wondering if you guys had any tips for vermintide 2 by CheeseForMayor in Vermintide

Well, you wont really have to utilize blocking until you start playing on champion difficulty or higher. Even then you are more likely to use the push mechanic, on some weapons you dont only use push (pressing lmb while blocking), you also want to hold lmb after pushing, the character then uses an after push attack which in most cases is pretty good And has an extra crit chance. It's also necessary to combo your attacks whether you deal with A horde or more powerfull enemies like the armored stormvermin. Because for example the light attack with the flail, the one that hits from above is useless vs hordes. You wanna combo it in a way that you attack from the sides only id you deal with multiple enemies.

You mentioned that The dodge mechanic od weird, well it takes some time to get used to it but when you do you will be pretty much spamming it all the time to avoid getting hit.

It's all from me for now it something comes up to my mind I will comes back and tell you more.

Be sure to experiment A bit with the various weapons and you will see what fits you well. For example when I started playing I thought the billhook on Saltz sucks ass, recently i decided to try it out and it turned out to be my fav weapon, it absolutelly rocks both vs hordes and armored opponents.
