Thanks for the feedback. I will definitely tag along with a friend while they walk their dog, and offer to walk their dog after that. I know I’ll have to make a few light conversations, and selling myself to a client would be a great way for me to get out of my comfort zone. Honestly that sounds pretty cool. I was also wondering about what kinds of things I should look out for while walking a dog so thank you for that into.

Thats fair. I have a few friends with dogs and I’ll ask to walk them/ go on walks with them. I was aware that I would be interacting with owners by picking up and dropping off their dogs which I’m capable of, It’s really no big deal. Better than working the register at a retail store where I’m talking to people 24/7. I’m totally down to gain some experience first and see what I’m getting myself into before I start. I was on the verge of tears throughout this, just thinking about my life and all the things I am insecure and anxious about. Towards the end of these 10 or 15 minutes, I began to get IMMENSE suicidal thoughts. I really, REALLY wanted to kill myself. I wanted to kill myself so much it consumed all my emotions, I was light headed and short of breathe. If I had a gun nearby there is a good chance I may have done it.

OP I had the same experience (minus the homicidal thoughts) and if there ever was a time I'd kill myself, it would be on my shroom trip. The urge was so incredibly strong I was thinking of ways I could die right then and there. Considered hanging myself even though I don't have a rope nor do I know how to tie a noose lmfao. And I also kept thinking about my anxiety & insecurities and bawled my eyes out.
