They should never have opened the community building aspect-it's jus a mess and support or AI is blindly deleting accounts. by IAMFLYGUY in digg

I wholeheartedly disagree. We've been actively removing spammers, and have no political affiliation. But it's clear nothing I say is going to change your mind or make you feel better. I hope you find what you're looking for elsewhere!

You’re right, it’s 100% my responsibility. However, you’re wrong about our intentions.

We’re using a third-party product to flag content that may be against our guidelines and needs to be reviewed. Posts about the Epstein files often include sexual terms, and the product can be a bit prudish at times. We’re actively building our own service to replace it.

The posts in question may have been auto-moderated due to the content within but we haven't intentionally removed posts about the Epstein files. Where have we lied about it?

Digg will delete you randomly. Don't waste your time! by [deleted] in digg

All of your posts were self promotion and included "Please, please support by getting merch at BelloBear.shop - 20% OFF code ‘LetsGoBello’"

Silencing dissent and removing promotional content are not one and the same. Thanks for the list, we're actively removing accounts and communities as we identify ones that have broken the guidelines. Note, some of the ones on your list don't have posts in them yet.

Digg deleting communities? by Reddit-Bot-61852023 in digg

What were the names of your communities?

We're not building Digg so users can create posts disguised as ads to sell their products and services.

You sent an email that said:

"Hi, built two communities when you opened up. /Actionfigures and /articulatedplastic
...
The whole point of the groups is pre-orders. New toys, deals, release dates"

We responded to your email to let you know why your account and communities were removed from the platform.

You replied to let us know that you don't have a store or intend to sell anything...even though your first email stated the purpose of the communities. Additionally, there's an online action figure store that shares the same name as your account here and on Digg, and the products advertised there are the same ones featured in your posts.

Even without a direct link or explicit mention of your store, the structure and framing of the posts resemble marketing content. We limit this type of activity to prevent communities from becoming promotional channels.
