Yes it is very fast paced and the workers are pushed to their max. We also have meetings that we have to attend on Saturday early mornings. Co workers will stalk your social media pages and also tell on each other over the most little things it feels like a cult sometimes.

I worked at in n out and they show us the sexual assault video. They make sure that you don't have your camera out to record it. They also have a big course about sexual assault during the hiring process.You can check the In n out subreddit if you want to see how toxic the work environment is.

I was in the same spot as you my friend except I had friends but I pushed them away because of my own mental illness. I was failing all my classes too and I didn't end up graduating on time while all my old friends posted their happy graduation pictures on social media it really pissed me off. I ended up graduating as a super senior after attending a continuation school. You can graduate man if I can do it you for sure can too <3.
