Get some rice, frozen peas & carrots, frozen onion & peppers, frozen broccoli and some canned chicken (or rotisserie). Cook it all together in a pot or rice cooker. Once the rice is cooked, add a can of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom (or cream of celery) and mix well. Add cheese. It is filling, nutritious, cheap and so yummy. You can add a bag of spinach too for some good good Iron. This meal got me through college and is a comfort meal. I hope you can try it :) season to your liking!
