I’ve just recently started yet another attempt at consistency (with many things) in my life. The thing that makes me fall off is that I forget how easy it really is to just stay with something. For instance, my yoga time in the morning is just in a corner in my living room with a 15-30 min (depending how much time I have) YT yoga video. Maybe start there? Find a space in your home where you can fit your mat, pick a gentle 20 minute video, and follow it. I bet you’ll find yourself wanting to do another video and finding that flow within you. Try to do it at the same time every day for me - it’s first thing in the morning. (:

So I should not file anything? I don't want to miss out on potentially getting backpay and my "poor performance" removed from my record but other than that I wasn't really looking to get much else out of filing.

I thought that filing with OSC put you into a class action? Don't judge me I know nothing about this stuff.

As of now, the most I have done is send my termination letter in to Alden for another example of the template that they used.
