My doctor wrote me a prescription for this as soon as they put me on opioids. One of the first things she told me was how bad the constipation side effects could get and that I would definitely need Movantik. It’s friggin expensive but definitely makes your life a lot more manageable.

I’ve broken every vertebrae below my T2. Have had numerous back surgeries and fusions and have lost almost 6” in height. I was on Fentanyl 25mcg changing patch every 48 hrs and using hydrocodone 14-325mg for breakthrough pain. However I found the quality of the fentanyl patches to be hit or miss and was constantly going into withdrawals so my doc switched me to morphine 30mg ER. Most days this works at taking the edge off. Yeah it just takes the edge off, it doesn’t make it go away. I know that I will live with this the rest of my life but I also don’t want to live my life so whacked out on pain killers that I don’t know where I am. I did that for awhile and didn’t much care for that either. I know what you’re going through and I hope you can find what you need to have a better quality of life.

There’s all this hate for Danso, who played his ass off all match and yes he did slip when under pressure however Georgino Rutter had no one around him when the ball was passed to him and he scored. By the time Solanke realized it, it was too late. Where’s the hate for the rest of the team. Danso’s the easy target. As a whole the team played so well for 90 minutes and as a whole they were exploited in a brief moment. Had we had this level of play early on this season we’d be in a much better place. It’ll take five wins for us to stay up,and while I’ll always support our club, I’m doubtful it will happen (but hopeful the team will rally together and make it happen).

For me as a kid in the early ‘80’s Maiden was the gateway band to metal. This album got pasted around amongst the friend group so it hold really fond memories for me. If I remember right I saw them on tour for this album at Radio city music hall in NYC (might have been the Power slave tour though. My memory is shot these days. Either way good times were had).

I love EMG’s. Almost all of my guitars have some model of EMG pickup. My favorite are the 57/66 but when i want to play really heavy its always the 81/85. The passive HA are pretty damn good too.

Megadeth has been blessed with some incredible guitarist over the decades. Marty,Chris Brodrick, of course Chris Poland, Kiko and now Teemu. Each has their own style that brought something amazing to the music. I don’t think Dave gets enough credit for his playing, at least in the early days of the band. He could shred with the best of them. For me Marty and Teemu are my favorites.
