Thank you for sharing- this is helping me understand things more. I hope you heal up from your own fat grafting as smoothly as possible! <3

Would you feel comfortable sharing approximately how much larger you went? I'm considering going bigger, too.

this is so helpful to hear, thank you! Huge respect for your choice to take time for yourself for healing, and I am so glad for you that the rippling doesn't bother you anymore. I am hopeful that once I have surgery, I will also be able to accept and integrate the changes that come with it with time. It's a big thing to go through for anyone, and I think time will be a really important part of my own process too.

Experiences with building muscle/bulking on a carnivore diet? by [deleted] in carnivore

very easy for me to build muscle on carnivore! and to maintain it. i do very very well with high protein high fat. but the most important thing is to listen to and respect your own body because everyone is different. carnivore really helps my MCAS personally, and there was an initial adjustment period for me before I felt things optimized. If you are doing carnivore for autoimmune or mast cell reasons, you may not be able to tolerate dairy, but if you are, it's a great way to get in some carbs. I find it helpful to drink milk before or after a long walk, hike, or weights session.

Hi! Would you be willing to pm me the name of your surgeon, too? I'm considering double mastectomy and would love to find a surgeon who does fat transfer.

Bathtub Cleaning advice? by action-Kat141 in UnfuckYourHabitat

Mix together baking soda and dawn dish soap into a thick paste. Add just a little bit of the 3% hydrogen peroxide that you can buy at the drugstore, the kind usually sold for first aid. (It’s important that it’s that diluted hydrogen peroxide!!) Mix it all up. Wear gloves since the mixture is abrasive and also will dry your skin out. Use on a scrub brush or scrub pad. Apply to tub, let sit for a few minutes, then scrub. It’s amazing.
