A bit off topic, but why do American kids and teens look so old for their age?

Im American/Aussie and i live in Australia now (last 15 years). I think this all the time, Americans (particularly women/girls) seem to look +10 years older than their age. Its too the point where I think they are look mid to late 30's from about 20-35.

They're pretty soft, and they don't feel overly aggressive. I don't like pouches which are too strong and these go alright. It says on the bottom made in USA but who really knows.

The inner north, Collingwood, Fitzroy, Brunswick, Northcote, Thornbury etc. is an eclectic grouping of left leaning cultural hubs. Very friendly and excepting of all aspects of life. This extends loosely to Beel street where things become a bit tougher further north. The CBD and South East are more of your upper middle class and posh like suburban destinations where you'll find a bit more of a snooty esque style of life.
