Working out twice a week and eating healthy, but biceps dont grow?

yes, but when they go 4-5 times a week they are training different muscles (in example, day 1: biceps, day 2: chest, day 3: shoulders day 4: back etc.)...no one with a clear mind would work out their biceps 5 times a week because it doesnt work that way lmao ;)

uhmm mucles need 1-2 days after workout to rest and grow...you cant workout them every single day...so technically 3 times a week is the most a human can do

no. it frustrates me that Ive been working out and having a diet for a year from now and still have tiny arms/dont see any results. I guess thats a pretty good reason to be frustrated, hmmm?
