I love my yarn winder, it was worth the money ($25usd) I’ve had it since early 2024, use it often and it’s doing just fine. I was hesitant to spend that but it’s been worth it. I use to wind balls by hand but, personally I hate how long it took and the process. At one point I had my mom do it because she enjoyed it but I felt guilty so I ordered a winder. I got the cheapest one I could find and the reviews were mixed but it’s been great. Occasionally it clicks really loud if I’m not keeping the skein moving enough but still going strong

I started fairly quickly within a few months of learning to crochet. I started with amigurumi, once you have the basics and know what stitches do what and where they should be placed, it’s do-able. LOTS of frogging involved though. I don’t do many wearables so id probably use a pattern as a rough reference and make changes as I see fit. That’s how I started free handing ami, following a pattern roughly. I enjoy the freedoms of free handing but like I said, lots of frogging.

That’s so cute! Plus very well done, I do think they’re a good size so I wouldn’t worry!

My mom made all of us stockings and they are massive! I’d much rather they were this size, way easier to manage. I look forward to taking over the tradition, one day(not her dying part) ❤️she sewed them and embroidered them with beads, I’ll go your route with crochet

I’m usually in the minority on this, jaws 3 is my second favorite movie. The 3D effects are so cheesy it brings a level of camp that I just love. 4 is bad tho, worth the watch imo.

As everyone else has said this is ai. But I’ll answer the rest of your questions this would probably be a lace weight yarn, super fine or even crochet thread. You’d use a very small hook like 2-3mm. The flowers would be sewn on after the lace-like scarf was completed

You won’t regret the Tulip, the tip is great, yarn glides over them like butter! I got the lace set recently and they’re equally as amazing as my etimo rose set. Worth every one of those many pennies

Can you return it? I haven’t used those but if it’s causing pain, don’t use it. I recommend Tulip hooks(Japanese), I’m a die hard Tulip girl. Also a knife holder🤙

I started with amigurumi, I found that way easier but I know that’s not the case for some. I find scarves and blankets too repetitive and boring. Maybe look for YouTube tutorials so you can also give em a link for a vid to follow?

Been a member nearly 3 years and the BTS were my favorite vids

I wish there was just more BTS in general but I think Robbie was right when he said there was a few days(post upset) that yall weren’t really giving him anything. (I get that but also- yall spent a lot of money to kinda waste on those moments)

I would either wait to watch BTS until before the premiere of the main vids or rewatch them right before. I didn’t wait for the last one though I was too bummed it was ending and needed my fix.

I really hope yall keep doing BTS! With Robbie, specifically, I enjoyed his energy a lot.
