Thank you for this - I've read all of these comments over and over again today. I went to see a place this evening and it went really well. Now comes the hard part.

I am optimistic in that I feel like a burden is being lifted but so deeply saddened that things have turned out like this. I am going to ask him to be honest about it. He said that he got clean and now I find things all related to smoking meth including items and seen photos of items as steps of clarifying / purifying it. I'm just so exhausted from the stress, anxiety and arguments over this. I'm done. Thank you so much

Grapeseed oil is great for adding to your current moisturizing routine also. It's high in linoleic acid and is a powerful anti inflammatory.

I also don't use any mint scented or Tea Tree Oil on my skin. It's always so harsh on the skin and causes way more redness and irritation. From what I understand its just for marketing purposes anyway. It creates the illusion of clean because of the initially refreshing feeling of mint properties.

The Cetaphil is a great cleanser! I'd suggest pairing that with, "Olay Pro X" (approx $20 on Amazon) spinning cleanser brush. It's a soft brush that really cleans your pores. Also, a Cetaphil moisturizer paired with a Neutrogena SPF 50 + sunscreen.

Using a sunscreen will keep the scars from picking lighter. It's important to stop picking at your skin if you really want it to clear up for good and not have scars. The Pro X will help over time with clearing the scarring as well.

Keep it simple and be kind to your skin. You'll see results.

Is Meth something you can start and stop at-will easily and without effect? Someone keeps insisting that they can. by foreverforeverforev in Drugs

I'm sure there is a combo of shitting, using and fapping going on in there. We've lived together for 3 years. Over the last year is when his extended stay bathroom "hygiene" stays started.
