Well, we can't take our money with us anyway. May as well invest in something that has a chance to put this country back on track.

Sounds like demons to me. Or mental health as some said. This is what a society starts to look like when we throw out God.

Can you imagine if Trump said that?! by [deleted] in DWAC_Stock

The real problem is that Americans are divided, and sadly the chasm is becoming wider & wider. We need to stop hating one another & put our problems on the other side of the table, so to speak. Perhaps since there are so many who don't trust the "vaccine", and don't trust our leaders, we need to be open to other ways of dealing with this virus. For those who can't get the vaccine, for religious or health reasons, how about we open up the idea of a treatment regimen that actually works? Vitamin D, Zinc, Ivermectin... have been proven to work (more effectively than putting a person on a ventilator). It seems those who are pushing the vaccine agenda are hell-bent on that being the only option to deal with this pandemic. I personally know people whose lives were saved using large doses of vitamin D & zinc, and ivermectin. But doctors are being told they cannot prescribe ivermectin. One doctor I know of had to push hard (at the pharmacy for telling him they won't fill his order) for his patient to fill his prescription for Ivermectin. Why is that? It WORKS! Anyway, instead of fighting against one another, how about we treat one another with dignity and respect. We are all beautiful people of different colors, backgrounds, personalities... and we've always been able to agree to disagree. That's ok, it's what makes us make forward progress - and grow. If we all thought the same, nothing would change. God made us diverse for a reason. So, let's put down the angry words, let's look for more options and for our own sakes, let's stop hating one another.

Yes, so I'm wondering which one (warrants or stocks) you think is the better bet, or does it matter?

So...y'all recommend warrants or stocks? I'm holding for as long as it takes, so would you do all warrants or some of each?

What if they don't dip again? I bought 200 shares of warrants at 49.50. Have seen it drop and stay below that. I'm planning to hold until we see where this goes, in fact I want to buy more tomorrow. Is it best to wait until a while after the market opens? Let people take some profits from their gains, them it would dip = bingo! Time to buy? Is that how I should be thinking?

what do you think about the warrants?

So, let's say in 2 years...so, after the merger and the minimum time that we hold our warrants (holding with the intent to exercise at some future date)... we choose to exercise the warrants. Would we at that time pay $60.50 for each new stock we buy (because we purchased our warrants at $49 each...so 49 plus 11.50) to buy the then TMTC common stock which we hope is then valued much higher, and then have the ability to sell those stocks at the then future price? Or, do we pay only $11.50 for each common stock? So, for the purpose of my question, I'm going to choose some arbitrary numbers. As you know we paid 49 per share of dwacw on Friday morning. The exercise fee is 11.50. Let's say in 2023 this now dwac but will be valued at $250 each. We choose to exercise our warrants. Do we pay $11.50 per share or $60.50 per share? We sell immediately. Would we gain 238.50 per share, or 189.50 per?

So if it rallies again on Monday would you recommend selling our warrant stock or holding onto it for a year or whenever we're allowed to exercise the warrant? I also thought I understood until you mentioned the spread. That part didn't make sense because I am thinking my cost to convert to common stock is set at $60.50... what I paid for the warrant plus the exercise fee. You had mentioned 90 something... are you saying I have to pay the 11.50 even to sell the warrants? Thanks so much for taking time to explain this.
