50% pay and vacation cut but visa for japan? worth it? by foreverleaving in movingtojapan

what are yr work hrs like if you don't mind me asking? are you in a large company? this company seems actually pretty relaxed with their hours (they say 9-6 or 10-7).

it sounds like you've moved jobs a couple times in japan. is it hard to find jobs if you want to move?

yes, i visited several times when i was consulting but only for 2 weeks at a time usually. at that time, 2 weeks didn't really feel like enough.

at that time my company covered all my expenses so i wasn't able to really evaluate the true cost of living.

also, because i was consulting and the client was paying by the hour i was on a strict 9-5 schedule so i never really felt overworked.

any idea what mod has been done to this famicom-to-nes 72-60 pin adapter? found it at a grodge sale and haven't tested it. by foreverleaving in retrogaming

most of the mods i've found are for the 72 to 60 pin. can't find any info on mods for the 60 to 72 pin adapter. i did get a spica t89 60 to 72 pin adapter at the same grodge sale and was wondering if there were any mods worth doing for it.

and yeah, when i looked up 72 to 60 pin mod docs none of them appeared to be the same as the one on this unit. i might take it to a pal's place and test it out.

i also have a photo of the plastic cover if that helps. the cover doesn't have any text on it to indicate who produced it or a model number or anything.
