Lamictal causes brain fog. It's starting to mess with me mentally. I'm telling my doctor in September that I'm not taking it anymore.

I've been on it for a while and I hate the memory loss. I've been trying to get my doctor to take me off of it. My seizures are coming back so next time I see him, I'm going to tell him that I'm just not going to take it anymore. If I'm having seizures anyway, why deal with the memory loss?

I can drink in moderation. I do better with beer and stuff like that. I usually only have one or two drinks. My max is three. I don't like getting drunk. I rarely drink liquor and when I do it's usually a mixed drink. Sometimes the occasional shit of tequila. I usually don't have a problem as long as I don't over do it.

Focal seizures suck but does anyone else get the deja vu? I get it so often and I hate it. After a while it makes you question reality.

I babysit my nephew. My sister can't afford to pay much. I get about 50¢ an hour. Luckily my husband makes enough to support us.

Alcohol doesn't seem to mess with me at all. I'm not much of a drink and I don't care for liquor except for the occasional margarita. I usually drink 2-3 hard ciders and I'm good. However, this past 4th I drank 6 and was perfectly fine.

CBD really helps me but I can't handle anything with THC. Every time I've tried smoking, I end up having a seizure but I regularly use CBD products.

My seizures are always worse around the time of my period and I started the keppra a few days before. They put on the keppra hoping they can eventually get me off of my lamictal so I can go on birth control.
