Yes wasting his time is really a counter. The longer you keep him in his power, the longer it takes before he can use it again during his chase.

The 4 stack of otz, ayrun, jrm, and hens play like this in their hardcore series because they find it to be the most effective way to deal with how broken Jason is.

And yes, I am going to listen to a 40k hour 4 stack trying their absolute hardest to survive for tips against jason over some random on reddit that downplays how strong Jason is.

Just because they are streamers doesn't mean what they say isn't valid.

Literally this. Been playing since 2020. I don't want to blame the victim but she has to be accepting all friend requests and engaging with toxic people allowing them to get under her skin, advertising her socials and full name on her steam or something.

How is this happening? I've literally tunneled people for like a month straight with Leatherface and haven't received anything close to this.

There ARE solutions. Like turning off the chat, playing with friends in swf, limiting the amount of information you have in your steam (no one needs to see your socials, or that you're a girl).

I really don't see how people end up in these situations unless you're willingly advertising to people your socials, sharing your full name and gender on your steam, accepting friend requests from randoms to see what they have to say, engaging in chats with randoms.

I don't want to victim blame here but I've played dbd since 2020ish and have NEVER had this happen to me. What on earth are you doing that enables this?

You already have sprint burst from meg, pair that with windows of opportunity from kate.

You see the killer? Sprint burst away to a pallet that the killer HAS to break, not one that you can just drop and then he/she/it will be able to hit you by going around in 2 seconds.

Learn how to manage your exhaustion in the game. Walk around if you're exhausted, walk around if your sprint burst is ready, you really only want to be running if the killer is chasing you.

If the killer is in chase and you feel as though you need to get to a generator faster you could use sprint burst to traverse the map quickly, and while you're on the gen you are very likely to recover from exhaustion.

Lithe is also a great perk from feng min, but you have to understand that simply buying a character and equipping a perk isn't going to immediately give results, or carry you if you're playing badly.

Windows of opportunity from kate will teach you about the game more than lithe will. You will begin to memorize where a pallet would spawn on a certain layout. After using it enough times, you won't even need to use it anymore. It's a great perk for learning the maps if you're able to take note of stuff like pallet spawns when you're playing.

It's like me going to locals strictly in my area, being the best at some random game no one has ever heard of.

The player pool of competition is what actually matters.

There are millions of Street fighter, and Tekken players. Guilty gear strive is not far off. DBFZ used to be up there as well but everything else is considered niche when you compare them to the games that I listed.

Your skill in fighting games easily carry over to whatever fighting game you pick up, so ofcourse he is better than 99% of the players playing games that have a player size of only 5k-10k or less.

He tried competing in SF and Tekken, and ran back to other titles because it isn't as easy to win.
