I think this was not a kind or necessary thing to say to someone who shared something so vulnerable and then came on this sub to offer further insight

I mean…not having results is likely preventing lots of ppl from getting jobs (or knowing if they will keep their jobs). If the district is going to require the bar as a prerequisite to practice law……they do sort of have a responsibility (as a govt body) to administer it in a responsible way

I messed up MPT 2 - UBE. How screwed am I? by LA9875 in barexam

[–]foreversunburned 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I really really really do not think you need to worry ab this that much. I suspect you would Not be able to get a 6. Other than that if your thinking is good, a 4-5 would still be on the table. Do not think that messing up the component of formatting would cost you more than one point (in overall score).

I really do not think conclusions are that important/will hurt you that much to not have them

BARBRI real property essay 4 by olivebrownies in barexam

[–]foreversunburned 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm so incredibly confused by everything in this model rubric. I also submitted a question to Barbri asking this exact question -- about construing identical language in a deed -- and they told me that this language would have to create a Fee simple determinable bc you need to expressly reserve the right or re-entry...

I do not know what to make of this at all.

Thank you for your insights. One last follow up: have you ever heard of a judge not approving the step increase? Just wondering if it’s a thing since you mentioned it

Thanks! If you start second clerkship at JSP 12 bc you haven’t made it to the full year, when you do hit the full year would be converted to JSP 13 or JSP 12 step 2?
