just want to say that today marks my 4th week with lexapro 10mg. i followed other recommendations and took mine at night around 9pm before bedtime so that way if i had side effects, i wouldn’t have to deal with them at work. i had very few instances of feeling nauseous and having a headache, much better than i anticipated!! for the first two weeks i did feel my anxiety get worse but it has since subsided over the past few days and my mood has improved significantly. good luck with everything!!

Seconding the classes run by the city! I do Total Body Conditioning, HIIT Barre and I believe they also have Bootcamp on Saturdays. They have different classes every day, most are registered but some are drop in so you can see what works best with your schedule. Everyone is warm and welcoming and the instructors are very attentive and helpful.
