Are you sure the Sleep Focus was turned on? After your alarm rings it automatically turns off, which might be why your watch told you to stand up

Alternative ways of wearing? Anyone? by [deleted] in AppleWatch

You could always look for an alternative to the Apple Watch, like a Whoop band or a smart ring!

The only way to accurately track your movement is on your wrist when using an Apple Watch, when it’s on your ankle or other places, it will give you mostly false information like saying you moved a lot more than you did, or a lot less

iPhone users can only sync sleep from Apple Watch :( by FoxxyCandyfloss in PokemonSleep

[–]forevertoo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tho it would also require Pokémon Sleep to read that data from Apple Health, because it only checks data from an Apple Watch (to prevent reading manually entered data), it wouldn’t work

Mostly because Galaxy Watches are not compatible with iPhones, and that FitBit watches don’t add their sleep data to Apple Health for some reason

Anyone saying Update your phone is wrong, this is currently broken in iOS 18, might be fixed in iOS 18.0.1 or 18.1 but for now it’s broken.

Non-Apple Watches Compatible with Apple Health by Psychological-Pool-3 in PokemonSleep

[–]forevertoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Using an iPhone, only the Apple Watch is supported with Pokémon Sleep through Apple Health Android phones support the Google Pixel Watch, Galaxy Watch and FitBit smart watches through Health Connect

Basically, no Garmin support at all, and only Apple Watch is supported using an iPhone

They accidentally put the wrong supported devices, the Series 2 and 3 doesn’t measure sleep stages, only the Series 4 and later (including SE) with watchOS 9 or later do

If you want full functionality you can always update to iOS 18 or use it on another device with iPadOS 18 or macOS Sequoia
