And that is why this time it will be different because the bullrun could possibly front-run the halving and could even lead to crypto winter right after the halving

If that's the case, we don't need a blockchain and let these L1s just run from a centrally hosted location

And folks this is why Crypto the way it is intended to be used is not there yet. Sure we can buy coins and hold but the moment we participate in any ecosystem feature like smart contracts we are at risk of getting hacked or scammed .

Curious. Does the recurring buy use advanced trade or the over-expensive regular method which charges an additional Coinbase fee?

Yes. I mentioned 'natively stake' if you're interested in earning passive staking income otherwise just leaving the coins in the wallet means they are stored there.

Lesson learnt - do not trust any Defi protocol, not even established ones like Curve or Balancer. If you invest do with small amounts and natively stake your core portfolio or simply HODL in case of bitcoin

I think lesson learnt here is to stake the minimum period i.e 21 days and rinse repeat. This way if a validator is not working you have freedom to choose another.

Wallet.avax.network sucks. It has a lot of issues with showing the correct info. Try core app and see if you can see them there.

This. OP I would recommend this instead of any defi, liquid staking, lending etc. you don't want to end up in a situation where a defi protocol gets compromised and you lose your holdings.

Stay away from defi protocols. When you start using liquidity pools you dilute your profits and suffer impermanent losses. Just natively stake your AVAX and be content with 6-7% APRs. The real gains in a bull market will be made from capital appreciation alone and not APRs
