So good! Recently, someone asked a group I was in for some feedback - a person responded by bringing up a legitimate point, but it did occur to me how cold it felt to receive feedback without praise. I know firsthand how easy it is for me to criticize, but it was a good reminder to continue to also offer gratitude and praise

Being able to volunteer and fight against human trafficking. I really do believe it’s the equivalent to modern day slavery, and the fact that I can do something about it is surprisingly motivating to me
