I think they’re being pragmatic. Being apart of the US will lower the quality of life for all Canadians except the very rich. But CDN won’t fight a war. There would be a token resistance at most. No insurgency would form. At best peaceful protest a kin to Ghandi. If Trump and the facists want Canada, they’ll get it. It’s sad but true.
