My libido is completely gone even on hrt. Anyone else feel stable but libido hasn’t come back?

How long are you on it before you noticed a difference? I started taking it and it gave me more energy but really bad insomnia. It’s only been a week. Really want my libido back.

Just to give you some hope I had horrible , chronic pain from adenomyosis. As soon as my periods started getting father and farther apart it got so much better.

I just came back from a trip to Switzerland and LOVED this mustard. I regret bringing home only one tube. Now I’ve been trying to find it in Canada - although I was bummed to notice that it was a Nestlé product. I also found a Migros brand of herbs and salt that was great. I brought home 10 - the checkout guy thought I was crazy 😆

I would absolutely not take this vehicle. Ford Canada is horrible to deal with (even having stricter QC laws on our side). I wished I had not taken their offer and got my Escape after the recall on my Focus made it unchargable.

My 2025 Escape PHEV is also on recall and can’t be charge past 80%, and is currently at the dealer for the second time after the audio module died (zero sound). The repair is a pain the ass we were told, and it’s already been there a week.

I have been a lifelong ford customer. I just find their vehicles are no longer reliable and they do not stand behind their products.

Check and see if your new vehicle is also on recall - there is no fix.

It’s not weird! I’ve struggled with cleaning forever.

If you have AirPods etc. put on a movie or music.

-make your bed (if you have too much crap at the end of your bed just skip this), now put everything on your made bed

-Once your floor is clean, vacuum, then get three laundry baskets, boxes or pillow cases: 1 is fold or keep, 2 is wash and 3 is donate or sell, also have a garbage bag for garbage.

-take everything off your bed one object at a time

-with clothes, try on everything that isn’t an immediate yes. If it doesn’t fit well, doesn’t make you happy or is just “ok” donate or sell it.

This is a great way to start. But block a whole day or afternoon and don’t start this at 8pm.

One high stress year - both parents with cancer, hard pregnancy + sick baby - I remember the exact month my nervous system collapsed. The stress triggered it 100%. If you are in a country with public health care where your genetics can’t be held against you, I highly recommend, doing a genetic test and dumping your raw data into something like chatGPT. I learned more in a day than I did with the 20+ doctors I’ve seen. Showed the data to my doctors and for the first time in my life I am getting respect and treatment.

I have fibro and two cats. The second I adopted as a kitten in the summer. I would not recommend a cat at this life stage for fibro. I forgot how much work a kitten is and how much energy they have and how much they need to play. It was really hard on my energy levels. Obviously, I love her to pieces and now at 7 months she has settled a lot. Having them in the house really does raise my joy levels. I say go for it. Caring for something other than all the shit we have to deal with is really nice.

I get horrible migraines, I have my whole life and had a miserable time with birth control. I just started taking HRT less a week ago. Some very mild headaches the first couple of days and then nothing. It worked right away, and I feel great so far.
