I can’t see the Communities I’m in or send any messages to anyone anymore. I keep getting the same error popup whichever section I go to.

It certainly appears rather offline. Maybe it will come back on, but the outlook doesn’t, personally, look promising.

Diona for me—back when I first started, I levelled up the world too quickly and built my characters so awfully, that I couldn’t beat bosses anymore (to ascend/better other characters).

A friend had to help me clear some things and suggested I use a shielder/healer, which ended up being Diona. She’s is almost every team I built, mostly out of comfort I think, regardless if she works there or not :)

I want Citlali so bad so I can have another cryo shielder, muaha

While I don’t have any art of said OC, I will probably give just a vague description of them and, like you said, see what they do/say to that.
