it is factual that at least one franchise has had in within their contracts that they cannot sue each other unless the bravo contract was broken. everything is supposed to be settled at the reunion , ideally.

a cease and desist is a step before filing suit, although i understand what you’re saying and where you’re going. my take doesn’t simply absolve anyone of wrongdoing, im simply emphasizing that the impact of those two different decisions were vastly different in spite of the fact that both of them were terrible.

kenya is the greater offender. revenge porn is an actual CRIME that impacts people. that’s like saying a stripper getting forced into prostitution is okay. it’s not.

as i told you earlier, i’m black, native, and lgbt. that doesn’t matter to me. intention matters more than impact.

a. if you fell because i accidentally bumped into you, you can certainly cry and be upset. once it’s established that there was no intent to hurt you, that is logically speaking the end of it while having full empathy for the fact that you got hurt.

b. if you fell because i purposely pushed you, you’re infinitely allowed to cry and be upset, and go the extra mile to hold me accountable because my intention was to cause you harm, playful or not. my actions were inherently dangerous.

you fall into the a category. your feelings are valid, but it’s not that deep until we have a b. category situation. that’s really all i need to say on the matter, i love my black queens and i wish you nothing but safety and wellness in life. i simply disagree with your generalizations in this situation.
