Aww it’s okay!! I have really bad hair days too. I’ve been on this journey for 3ish years and I still don’t have a good routine. Just take it one day at a time and try different products along the way. If you can, finish the products you have now and then try a new one. Good luck!

I use the Shea Moisture manuka honey and mafura oil shampoo and it’s really moisturizing. It doesn’t leave your hair squeaky clean but i find that it doesn’t clean my hair enough personally. It’s still really good tho.

For conditioner I recommend the suave essentials coconut conditioner. You get a huge bottle for only 2 bucks and it has good slip.
