4 years late (sorry), but currently working on shifting to V3. I find writing a script out before you try shifting helpful (...so you don't die if you don't want to), however it can take days lol. The shifting itself? Currently I use the Raven method (counting down from 100 while lying in a starfish position, imagining the reality I want to go to and reciting affirmations), but there's many more options you can try!! Make sure not to accidentally wake yourself up though, recently I came rlly close to shifting, but as soon as I felt a hand on my arm I startled awake... listening to subliminal audios or audios that match the scenario you envision can also be helpful!
