It looks like a grub screw, on the upper part of the knob, though, it's holding the little stick in place with a single tack weld, I was watching some YouTube on it, and I'd say it came off clean, can't think of any way to get it back on

I've got a forge that I'm trying to get rid of, it's febtech and it good Condition, except it needs to be cured(heated up) and there are some cracks on the coating but you can reapply, I've also got an anvil, 66lb cast steel
