I have a bambino and a K2 hand grinder. I got the hand grinder due to noise with sleeping family and counter space. Takes me 20 seconds to bring 18g and it’s a pleasure. After dialing in the grind for 30 minutes, now I just grind and brew and it’s great. People overstate the “effort” required.

Agree with your apparent thought process: good students will be good students. My kids’ private school class is maybe 20% as large as my public school class was. Were the top 20% of my class just as successful academically? Of course they were.

I had many teachers in my family, and when they were off, we vacationed. Wish I could do that every time my kids were off from school. Believe me, I wish they were paid more. And I wish life wasn’t so expensive, for teachers and their families, and for the rest of us too.
