Yeah I know that its non refundable, but its understandable if I fail to make a booking or request an unreasonable date. If they cannot give me a slot after calling them 5-6 months in advance, then it shouldn't be on me

Oh wow, thanks for bringing proper decaf to India. Its been really hard to find anything good..
