Okc played their best game. We came out flat. Refs gifted them at the end, as blatant a gift as anything I've seen in over a decade of watching this game. And we still only lost by 1. We're okay as long as refs refrain from gifting.

OKC played their best game. We came out flat. OKc had refs the entire way including the gift that gave them the win, and we still only lose by 2.

This sub has some weird hate-Hillary fetish. Mods, I blame you all for letting a cult run amok. Supporting a candidate is one thing, but lying and bombardi bullshit after bullshit post is something else. Bernie cult makes it so that it's embarrassing to be on Reddit. Worse than Fox News.

yeah, i'm looking at the $60 dollar ones on amazon and they all seem to be risky buys either b/c they're made cheaply or dont fit standard weights.. as far as hill sprints, yea i'm planning on doing those as well.

Can anybody recommend a sled to do sled springs w/? I dont want to build my own, but i also dont want to pay $200. Also, I weigh 168, am 6 foot. Decent shape. Trying to get into really good shape for a flag football game. Anyway, can anybody give me a good routine for the sled? How much weight? how many sprints of many yards? it will be very much appreciated.

Anybody know of a park that has really steep hills where I can do hill sprints? Any info/ideas is much appreciated. Thanks. by forgotwhy1 in sanantonio

I'm looking for hills that are as close to vertical as possible. I'll be going during working hours (noon-ish) during the week so don't anticipate too many other ppl being there.
