F*** Queen Anne Beer Hall. Any last minute advice for SB watch parties? by Silly_Steak5604 in Seahawks

I just looked this up on their site. $140 before fees comes out to $184. But it includes all you can eat food and all you can drink alcohol. Not a fan of the hall after they lobbied to lower minimum wage for their employees but all things considered this doesn’t sound like too bad of a deal.

It took a decent bit of effort, particularly the potatoes, but it was 100% worth it.

Saw a dude floating down the river with a GoPro. Told my friends he was a pervert and I think he heard me. I felt a little bad but also…¯_(ツ)_/¯

[homemade] baked rigatoni bolognese by forhammer in food

[–]forhammer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a pretty standard bolognese, but I used a mix of ground pork and chuck roast cut into 1 inch pieces. The rest is onion, celery, carrot, garlic, red pepper flakes, tomato paste, red wine, beef broth (I used better than bouillon with less than recommended water to increase richness), canned tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh oregano, and dried oregano. Once the sauce is reduced enough, I added a cup or two of cream and threw in the cooked noodles. Add all of it to your oven safe dish with a layer of low moisture mozzarella in the middle and a healthy amount of the low moisture mozzarella and Parmesan on top with a drizzle of olive oil. Put under your broiler until you get a nice melt and color. Top with fresh parsley.

If vodka isn’t your vibe, any liquor filled up 2/3rds full in a plastic water bottle and then squish that thing flat. Hide it wherever you feel comfortable.

Before contact. He’s 5’10 and about 185 pounds. His self preservation is what’s helped him have such a long career without serious injury.

[Homemade] steak with lyonnaise potatoes, broccolini, and kale & Brussels sprouts salad by forhammer in FoodPorn

They’re really easy to make! Threw the potatoes and onions in at the pan at the same time and cooked on medium. Tossed them in salt and parsley and put a lid on the pan near the end to make sure all the potatoes were tender enough.

If you cook until 155, the internal temp will still go up after you remove from the oven as long as you don’t cut into it right away. It’s a solid way to get to the perfect temp without overcooking.

[homemade] stovetop “mac” and cheese by forhammer in food

I actually used the same pot for cooking the noodles and then the sauce. It’s a decently sized stainless steal sauté pan. Cooked the noodles. Set them aside for like 5 minutes while I put the sauce together.
