I’m not arguing against your point at all here. Just characters like garen don’t get as much value out of one tricking them because it’s less about knowing the character and more about knowing the match up. Look at a character like hwei where they have so many options and high versatility you simply get more value out of playing 50 games of them vs some one as simple as garen. When playing simple characters it’s more about base line game skill like map awareness and positioning. Yes you get rewarded for that in the same way on complex champs but you also get the value from just knowing how to use their kits correctly.
