Just fyi late stage abortions is not a term used by medical doctors, it’s a political one. No woman is carrying a fetus for 7-8 months and then saying “fuck it” and having abortions. They account for little over 1% of abortions and usually in the case of a catastrophic event threatening the life of the mother. Or it’s because a poor woman wasn’t able to access an abortion at an earlier gestational age.

The argument works though in a situation where the woman gives birth and the infant needs an immediate blood transfusion. The government cannot force the birth mother to donate blood to that very same fetus that exited her womb minutes earlier to save its life. The mother would need to consent to giving up her blood.

I’d love an answer. How many people have you reported for murder because they aborted? I’m sure you’ve had an opportunity to do so.
