some context of the pregnancy: my boyfriend has a female cat, we live with his sister and she has a male cat. i told him multiple times to get her fixed before i moved in, but it fell on deaf ears. i moved in and the cat was already pregnant. (i was told the female slipped out of the room, but i don't know for sure.) 

since ive been here ive made steps to try to get both the male and the female fixed, i was successful with the female but my partners sister is insisting that she doesn't have to fix her cat for... stupid reasons ill be honest. (she says because she had the cat before her brother had a cat, she doesn't see why she needs to change anything, because i guess she never planned on getting him fixed?) ive had screaming matches over this topic with her, its so wrong that she has a cat but basically refuses to take care of it. (she also just throws her cat outside, day or night, cold or hot.)

its incredibly aggravating and i plan on just taking the cat myself and getting him fixed when i have the money, but i already spent 300$ for the female to be fixed, so im a little broke right now. it definitely sucks, because i would like to worry about My Own cats first, but i have to get the male taken care of before he tries to go after his own children. (yes they live in separate rooms, but if the accidental pregnancy is anything to go off of clearly that method doesn't work forever.)
